Two weeks of my gain program passed. Was on low carb diet for like last 4 months...Need to add about 20 pounds now. My weight is 89 kilos now, started from 81. So, half way there :D

How often in life when you make mistakes,lose those who cherish a Stranger like trying,sometimes from the middle run. Lift up those who have not necessary,but most faithful betray. Who loved us both hurt,and do expect an apology.

I have one favorite place where I find peace and balance. This is the village and the house where lives my beloved grandmother. So come, embrace it, go out on the hill, look into the distance at the forest, the river and the red sunset, and the problem immediately seem small, not worth attention. The city always come back with new ideas and solutions.

Well....three weeks of school passed pretty fast. Today i will have my last exam in this semester..Wish me luck, guys! :D And then...ain't no studying for like 5 months!!!!!!

Today had loveliest morning in past month.. Had nice 10 hours of sleep, then my morning stretching/yoga, cup of good coffee, and cold shower...
It's so good when you don't need to go anywhere in the morning...

23th of April - snow, rain, i'm freezing in my winter coat.

Recently saw a most unusual sign in my life, on which was written the following: "5 may 2012 this place was born happy and joyful patrikivey Tikhonov Vladimir. If the residents and guests of our entrance better addressed with a lift, Vladimir Sergeevich born in a hospital under strict supervision of doctors. Please do not break the Elevator!".
